Senior Director of Global Regulatory Strategy

THE OPPORTUNITY:
Our client's growing pipeline is the basis for this expansion, leadership role, as the Senior Director Global Regulatory Affairs to oversee and supervise your own team. With a key focus of leading your strong group of Directors to expand their thinking and develop approaches for regulatory approvals where they will be leading the way to establish precedent, your ability to demonstrate how you have successfully negotiated complex projects to approval will set the standards for your group. Working closely with the entire development team, collaboration and communication is essential to contributing to regulatory’ s already strong and well-respected role within the organization. Global approvals of the entire portfolio is key to contributing to the organizations financial strength. If you enjoy managing a strong group and helping them expand their thinking, approaches, and embracing new challenges, this role is a great fit.

  1. Embrace R&D collaboration, be inspired by collaboration, and inspire collaboration
  2. Leadership skills - lead by example, lead by previous experiences to share, lead as a representative to executive management your team's strengths and needs, and lead with the ability to mentor
  3. Global health authorities approvals, and the ability to work with your team and educate them on the different cultures, requirements, and skills needed to succeed with the FDA and ROW
  4. Have a strong love of truly exceptional science and translate that science into a passion for being part of solving unmet needs to large and small patient populations
  5. A passion of your own in developing people, and instilling the skills for them to function successfully and independently across all critical functional teams
