Masters in the Art & Science of Regulatory Executive Search

Regulatory Affairs Executive Recruiting

CANDIDATe SERVICES

Candidates continually tell us how much they appreciate Insigni’s approach and support to help best present themselves and their experience during interviews. Our approach is unlike anything they have experienced with any other search firm. It begins with  career counseling on what is defined by you as best next steps. We also go over what your long term goals are; where you want to be short and long term. By better understanding what is truly important to you, we are able to make long term career changes that are great for you and essentially a great long term match for our clients. You are important to us and we will work closely with you throughout the entire interview and offer process.

In addition to our help, you also have responsibilities as a candidate:

RESUME

  • Should be accomplishment driven rather than a repeat of your job description; it must display the experience that separates you from others.
  • Your resume needs to be easy to read.
  • It is a fallacy that your resume should not be longer than two pages. If you have been working for 15+ years, your resume should be longer than two pages in order to supply enough information about each role. List the critical responsibilities, and achievements in each role.
  • Hiring managers want to see that you can impart information in a clear and concise manner. The key is to give enough information that they want to learn more.
  • Proofread and double check your timelines on your resume -- be accurate, and judicious in the document that is your first impression to us and the hiring manager.

preparing for the interview

  • Do your homework -- research everything you can about the company and the people with whom you will be speaking.
  • Prepare questions that indicate the depth of your research and your interest.
  • Have key examples of your accomplishments, especially as they relate to the position for which you are interviewing.
  • Be able to present your accomplishment examples in a concise manner.

RELOCATION

  • How the move will affect you and anyone else relocating with you? Will anyone else need to find a new job?
  • Will the new area you are considering meet any special interests or needs you may have outside of work?
  • Will you need to sell your home or rent it, and how will this affect your ability to move?
  • Compare cost of living where you are now to where you are relocating. Does it work for you? (This will be part of our discussion with you to help you evaluate the ability to relocate.)

Privacy Policy

Insigni Partners LLC takes the protection of your privacy very seriously. To make sure your personal information is secure, we communicate data privacy and security guidelines to our employees and strictly enforce privacy safeguards within the company. Insigni Partners will never share your information without your explicit consent.
